All Ages Kids' Yoga  Open to all caregivers and participating children 2 and up (It's ok to bring the younger ones to watch as well).

Apres' Ski YogaPassive restorative and deep stretch poses are used to relax and repair the body, preparing it for another day of shredding or whatever your day brings. This class is specifically designed for adventurers who spent the day skiing or boarding on the mountain but open to all especially for those who might need to spend extra time rejuvenating and restoring. All experience levels are welcome.

 Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga  This dynamic, physically demanding practice synchronizes breath and movement to produce an internal heat designed to purify the body. Ashtanga yoga, with its many vinyasas, is great for building core strength and toning the body. Prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence. Previous yoga experience recommended.  Ashtanga Yoga was founded K. Pattabhi Jois.

Community Meditation  Help relax the mind, reduce stress, and build awareness of the moment with guided movement & meditation. The last 15 minutes (Sundays only) will address a key meditation/mindfulness practice, allow for questions and sharing, or a brief, inspirational reading. No experience necessary; techniques will be taught. All levels are welcome. Bolsters, blankets, & chairs are available to ensure that everyone is comfortable while sitting for meditation.  For more information, please email Cheryl at (Range of Light Meditation). "EFT" : Tapping Into Your Infinite Possibilities  EFT Tapping is a simple self-administered acupuncture technique that calms the fear center of the brain and lowers the stress hormone levels in the blood stream. Although it’s like acupuncture we won't be using any needles, we’ll be tapping on the meridian points on our own body ourselves. You will leave feeling empowered to use this tool yourself in your everyday life. Donation offerings appreciated!

The ELDOA Method  Exercises and Myofascial Stretches that are specific techniques developed by world renowned osteopath Guy Voyer, DO. ELDOA excercises are a postural self-normalizing technique designed to increase the space at a specific joint. ELDOA postures use fascial chains, which are put into tension above and below a specific joint or level on the spine, relieving pressure, pain and allowing for healing. ELDOA will improve posture, relieve chronic and acute back pain, increase disc hydration, increase strength and flexibility, and improve recovery time from injury.

Flow Arts-Prop Skill Share   Flow Arts is a body-mind activity like Yoga that helps us focus our minds at the same time we hone our physical abilities and develop hand eye coordination and build left brain and right brain separation. Many people describe their flow activity as a “moving meditation”. There are many health benefits to Flow Arts as well. A skill-based movement art naturally brings more of our awareness to our bodies. As we use our muscles to control props through space and to dance with the props we are engaging in an easy and fun form of exercise. Many flow artists achieve a greater degree of fitness, and are even driven to do additional strength and flexibility training simply to perform better at their art.

Gentle Yoga  A slow paced, gentle practice to help revive the body mid-day and ease tension and stiffness. Great for beginners as well!

Hatha Yoga  An all levels Hatha practice. Hatha is also translated as ha meaning “sun” and tha meaning “moon.” This refers to the balance of masculine aspects (active, hot, sun) and feminine aspects (receptive, cool, moon) within all of us. Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose.

Heated Hatha Yoga  A slow moving heated hatha yoga class to help start your day by using the benefits of infrared heat to increase circulation and detoxification while easing pain and increasing mobility. Class temperatures hover around 85 degrees. Not recommended during pregnancy.

Kids' Yoga  Choose from an All Ages and 5-10 yrs old. Fun filled exploration of movement and breath awareness.

Prana Vinyasa™ Flow Yoga  A wonderful way to start your morning, a fiery solar flow from the teachings of Shiva Rea. Previous yoga experience recommended.

Prenatal Yoga  Yoga tailored to the changing needs of the pregnant body with a focus on breath awareness, tension and stress reduction. Move through asanas safely with modifications for pregnancy while taking the time to nurture and restore oneself during pregnancy. Help prepare for labor while continuing to build strength and flexibility while decreasing stress/anxiety and aches/pains associated with pregnancy.

Radiant Vinyasa Flow Yoga  A heated vinyasa flow practice to welcome the day. Linking breath with movement, the warm heat allows the body's fascia to gently open more. All levels welcome. Temperatures hover around 80 degrees, not recommended for pregnancy.

 Candlelight Relax, Restore & Hot Stones Yoga  A restoratives based class great for injury recovery or anyone needing to restore and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit with the relaxing ambiance of candles, aromatherapy and hot stone therapy.

"Stoke the Fire" Yoga  An energizing, heated (temperature around 80 degrees) morning practice with playful music focusing on getting the body and mind ready for a day in Mammoth and the surrounding Eastern Sierras.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga  A practice that involves synchronizing the breath with a continuous flow of postures. The fluid movements increase flexibility, strength, and stamina, as it calms the mind and improves overall health. All levels welcome.

Restoratives Yoga   An evening restoring practice to help alleviate that "next day" tightness and soreness from injuries, overuse, or adventures.  Allows the body to recover and restore.

Yoga Fundamentals  New to Yoga? Or want learn the bio mechanics of a certain pose? Learn the foundation of the most common asanas (poses) of yoga safely and slowly without the intimidation of being twisted into a pretzel.

Yoga with Your Baby  All parents, caregivers and babies/toddlers welcome! Baby can relax on a blanket by you or interact and be part of your practice. Movement and breath awareness to reduce tension and stress, rebuild core strength, and re-energize new parents. Spend time bonding with with your child and building their cortical movement skills.

Yin & Restore Yoga  Passive restorative and deep stretch poses are used to relax and repair the body. Yin yoga targets the connective tissue, which usually does not get reached through a more dynamic practice. Restorative yoga allows the body and mind to relax and rejuvenate.
