WANTED: People who are open to learning about the universal truths of various wisdom traditions, which have meditation & mindfulness practices as their core.

Experience is helpful but not necessary. This is not a class, but rather a peer study group. A willingness to attend once or twice per month is important. We will meet on the FIRST TUESDAY and the THIRD MONDAY each month from 5:30 - 7:-00 pm at Mountain Sol Yoga.
First half hour includes a short meditation, followed by a one
hour sharing & discussion period on a chapter/s of the book. Costs only include your book, and optional donations for the cost of the studio space and utilities.
