ELDOA, a progressive technique developed by world-renowned Osteopath Guy VOYER, are postural self-normalizing exercises designed to increase the space at a specific joint. ELDOAs use the body’s own fascial chains to put tension above and below the targeted joint. This increase in space relieves pressure and pain and allows for the body to naturally heal the surrounding tissue and joint.

EACH 60-MINUTE CLASS WILL CONSIST OF:

• A proper warm-up for the joints and spine

• Postural awareness

• Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises

• Myofascial stretches

• A series of ELDOAs targeting the main 3

regions of the spine--Lumbar, Thoracic

and Cervical

ELDOA WILL:

• Improve Posture

• Relieve Chronic and Acute Back Pain

• Increase Disc Hydration

• Increase Strength and Flexibility

• Improve Recovery Time
