Join Dr. Brian Gilmer and Kendi Thomas, RYT for a 2 hour workshop at Mountain Sol designed to educate and empower students on how to play hard and stay safe in the mountains. Both Brian and Kendi will work together to explore functional anatomy of the knee while demonstrating practical and mindful methods to build strength and stability through yoga postures.
