This Meditation & Mindfulness Book Study Group is a semi-open group which meets on the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30 - 7 pm. New members may join at any time with permission of the group leader. (Please contact Cheryl Petersen at

Starting 10/3/17, the group will be studying the book "True Refuge: Finding Peace and Freedom in Your Own Awakened Heart" by Tara Brach. Each meeting begins with a silent meditation followed by group sharing on one chapter of the book. The purpose of the group is to study the teachings and universal truths of a variety of wisdom and meditation traditions for personal and spiritual growth.

Meets every first Tuesday of the month, beginning October 3rd, 5:30-7pm.
