Aerial silks in a series of 4 classes for beginners focused on core strength and conditioning and strength and flexibility. This class incorporates some basic aerial yoga passive stretching as well as more rigorous work with climbing and foot locks. This class is for adults, men, and women of all ages. Great core and cross training for climbing and other sports, and we can work around injuries and varying abilities (please contact us in advance if you have an injury so we can work out a plan to include you in the class). With advance notice, you may be able to make up 1 class only if you have to miss for unforseen reasons. Please arrive 5 minutes early, wear tight fitting leggings and long sleeve shirt, class will start on time and you must be there for the 1st 15 minute warm up in order to take part in the class.
