A core strength class that focuses on floor exercise and near to ground silks work, for novice to advanced, all shapes and sizes and abilities. This is a great way to build strength and conditioning necessary to climb silks, climb mountains, cross train, and walk and stand strong.
Please contact us in advance if you have an injury so we can work out a plan to include you in the class. Please arrive 5 minutes early, wear tight fitting leggings and long sleeve shirt, class will start on time and you must be there for the 1st 15 minute warm up in order to take part in the class.
