Greetings All~Thank you for bearing with us as weather has affected classes. We are now deep (literally and figuratively) into the season of winter. The world continues to shift around us and our studio offerings shift as well. Each change allows us the opportunity to explore new possibilities within ourselves and to use the practice of yoga to work towards being less reactive, building awareness, and promoting mindfulness.
Regardless of your political views, religion, culture and upbringing, yoga is a practice that builds compassion, tolerance and peace inside and out. Now is the time to embrace your practice or cultivate a new one.
New Classes and Happenings!
"Deepening Your Practice" GROUP MYSORE STYLE ASHTANGA CLASSES start TOMORROW2/2/17 from 4-5:15pm! A weekly Thursday practice within a group of fellow yogis designed to help one another learn alignment and progressions of asanas. The class is not "led" as a whole but rather all instruction is one-on-one within the group class setting. Students practice their own portion of the Ashtanga sequence of asanas at their own pace. The teacher or group collaboration assists students individually by giving physical adjustments & verbal instruction.
*Class teaching is rotated with different teachers (Open Group Class) and sometimes collaboration of the students themselves (Private Group Class).
*Regular drop in rates apply or students may use class cards and unlimited passes. Cash only for Private Group Class. Please check the weekly Mindbody Online schedule for whether the class is Open or Private.

SUNDAY COMMUNITY MEDITATIONSstarting this Sunday, 2/5/17, Community Meditation with Cheryl will be extended 15 min. Meditation Session will be from 10:30am to 11:30am to allow time for questions, discussion etc. Friday Meditation will stay the same time, 6pm-6:45pm. Thank you Cheryl for your sharing your knowledge!
Help relax the mind, reduce stress, and build awareness of the moment with guided movement & meditation. The last 15 minutes (Sundays only) will address a key meditation/mindfulness practice, allow for questions and sharing, or a brief inspirational reading. No experience necessary; techniques will be taught. All levels are welcome. Bolsters, blankets, & chairs are available to ensure that everyone is comfortable while sitting for meditation.

THURSDAY morning classes have shifted to a 9-10:15 am Heated Hatha Flow with Erin, combining the previous 8:30am Hatha and 9:45am Vinyasa Flow. It is an all level class with a mixture of Hatha and Vinyasa movements.
ACRO YOGA Thursday evenings from 7-8:30pm with Derek. $5 donation please as Derek is donating his time for this class! This practice blends acrobatics and yoga. Both schools offer teaching certifications, and despite some differences have many similar poses using gravity to promote strengthening and stretching.

FLOW ARTS if you haven't had a chance to attend a Flow Arts Session with Matt please try! He has a multitude of talents involving hand-eye coordination and meditative flow to teachon a donation basis.
Hello Sunshine Lamaze Birthing Classes with Deanna Clark
Starts March 23rd, 6-8:30pm. An evidence based & confidence boosting 6 week series class for moms and birth partners that want to feel prepared for labor, birth & early parenting.
Special Valentine's Day Candlelight Restoratives: Anahata the 4th Chakra with Maura will be offered 2/14/17 from 7:15-8:45pm.
